Another hard month for the hobby...

Gdy z początkiem marca okazało się, że za sterami karnawału stanie tym razem Maniex  wiedziałem, że choć symbolicznie będę chciał zaznaczyć swoją obecność w tej inicjatywie.  Temat wybrany przez Maniexa nie spasował mi delikatnie mówiąc, ale udało mi się jakoś wybrnąć. Wygrzebałem z kupki wstydu (raczej Hałdy Hańby) modele które kiedyś wpadły mi w ręce. W swoich pierwszych dniach romansu z warhammer 40k planowałem tych modeli użyć jako alternatywnych scoutów do mojej armii space marinsów.  Jak widać się nie udało :) Dlatego modele jakie wam pokaże już są w podroży do wodzireja marcowej edycji, który nie pozwoli im kurzyć się na półce ale użyje je do tego do czego zostały stworzone :)  Dodatkowo liczę na to, że Maniex pochwali się na łamach bloga gdy tchnie nowe życie w te modele.  Obdarowany obiecał, że w przesyłce powrotnej prześle jakieś wzmocnienie do mojej nowej armii zielonoskórych - może dzięki temu i ja będę miał jakieś wyzwanie na bloga.  To na dziś tyle! Pomalowanych modeli szukajcie na Maniexite :)

When, at the beginning of March, it turned out that Maniex would be at the helm of the carnival this time, I knew that, at least symbolically, I would like to mark my presence in this initiative. The team chosen by Maniex did not fit me gently to speak, but I managed to get through somehow. I dug up from the pile of shame (or rather Hałdy of Shame) models that once fell into my hands. In my early days of romance with the warhammer 40k, I planned to use these models as alternative scouts for my army of space marines. As you can see, it didn't work :) Therefore, the models that I will show you are already on the way to the champion of the March edition, which will not allow them to dust on the shelf, but will use them for what they were created for :) In addition, I hope that Maniex will praise the pages of the blog when he breathes new life into these models. The recipient promised that he would send some kind of reinforcement to my new army of greenskins in the return shipment - maybe thanks to this, I will also have a challenge for the blog. Hobbypocalypse month 2

W ostatnim wpisie wspomniałem o trudnościach jakie napotyka ostatnio moje hobby - wciąż nie jest dobrze. (a marzec będzie jeszcze gorszy - ale niekiedy najpierw musi być gorzej aby było lepiej)  Nie narzekam już dłużej bo wbrew przeciwnością losu udało się mi coś pomalować i nawet dzięki umowności tematu wpasować to co pomalowałem w Figurkowy Karnawał Blogowy.  Potsiat na swoim blogu wybrał temat: "Walka karnawału z postem" zainspirowany płótnem autorstwa Pietera Brueghla Starszego. Na wspomnianym obrazie dzieje się naprawdę sporo szalonych rzezy. A niektóre postacie zdają się Świętnie bawić. Ten klimat wiecznej zabawy (lekko przerażającej zabawy) skojarzył mim się z rzeźbami orków jakie czekały na przemalowanie - te chłopaki chcą się tylko bawić (ale ty niekoniecznie chciałbyś bawić się z nimi). Przearanżowałem więc moje plany w ramach innego wyzwania (Hobbypocalypse) aby upiec dwie pieczenie na jednym rożnie :) Tak więc dziś dla was, świetnie bawiący się Burszuje (jak ja lubię tę polską nazwę)

In the last post, I mentioned the difficulties my hobby has been facing recently - it's still not good. (and March will be even worse - but sometimes it has to be worse first to make it better) I do not complain anymore because, contrary to the adversities of fate, I managed to paint something and it fits in the Figurine Blog Carnival. Potsiat chose the topic on his blog: "Fighting Carnival with Lent" was inspired by a canvas by Pieter Brueghl the Elder. There are really many crazy things happening in the aforementioned painting. And some characters seem to be having fun. This atmosphere of eternal fun (slightly scary fun) was associated with the sculptures of orcs that were waiting to be painted - these guys just want to have fun (but you don't necessarily want to play with them). So I rearranged my plans for another challenge (Hobbypocalypse) to kill two birds on one spit :) So today for you, having a great time Nobz

Grot Tanks - start of new army

Hobbypocalypse month 1

Dawno nic nie było na blogu bo czasu mało a remont w mieszkaniu przedłuża się. Jednak nowy rok przynosi nowe wyzwania - postanowiłem wziąć udział w wyzwaniu ogłoszonym przez ekipę z Deployment Zone TV a mianowicie Hobbypocalypse - przez pół roku co miesiąc będę malował 250 pkt nowej armii. Dzięki temu w połowie roku będę miał nową armie na 1500 pkt. Nie będę też ukrywał, że korzystając z okazji odhaczę też styczniowe FKB.  Furiusz na Furius Paints ogłosił temat: ŚWIAT SIĘ ZMIENIA, SŁOŃCE ZACHODZI, A WÓDKA SIĘ KOŃCZY I prócz ogłoszenia nowego projektu chciałem też pokazać wam ukończone 5000 punktów pomalowanej armii Kosmicznych Marines - niestety nie mam jak w obecnym momencie jak rozpakować całej kolekcji. Cóż życie.  Wiec świat się zmienia - czas na nową armie :)

There was nothing on the blog for a long time, because the time is short and the renovation in the apartment is prolonged. However, the new year brings new challenges - I decided to take part in the challenge announced by the Deployment Zone TV team, namely Hobbypocalypse - for six months every month I will paint 250 points of a new army. Thanks to this, in the middle of the year I will have a new army of 1500 points. I will also not hide that I will also tick off the January FKB. Furius on Furius Paints announced the topic: THE WORLD CHANGES, THE SUN SETS AND THE VODKA ENDS And apart from the announcement of the new project, I also wanted to show you the completed 5000 points of the painted army of Space Marines - unfortunately, I have no way at the moment how to unpack the entire collection. Well, life. So the world is changing - time for a new army :)

Two goblins for Crew - FKB ed #87

Two small goblins for reigniting hobby...

Długo nie było postu, bo absolutnie nie miałem czasu na hobby - na szczęście tym razem z powodu pozytywnych wydarzeń :)  Ale jednak bez figurek trudno wytrzymać dłużej więc mimo tego, że warsztat w większości spakowany w kartonach a czasu wciąż brak to postanowiłem wziąć udział w Listopadowym Figurkowym Karnawale Blogowym.  Tym bardziej że temat jaki wielebny Rafael zaproponował siadł mi jak idealnie.  Temat brzmi:  "ich dwoje" Dlaczego zdecydowałem się na pomalowanie właśnie tych dwóch modeli? Otów te dwa gobasy to ewenement w moim modelarskim modus operandi. Zazwyczaj nie porzucam malowania modeli w trakcie, gdy rozpocznę malowanie modelu to nie schodzi on z biurka aż będzie gotowy.  Jednak w przypadku tych dwóch modeli było inaczej. Sklejone,konwertowane i naprawione modele zostały maźnięte kilkoma farbami przy okazji pierwszych modeli do tej bandy i z niewiadomych przyczyn nie ukończyłem ich. Dlatego dziś dla was: TE DWA NIEDOKOŃCZONE MODELE GOTOWE

There was no post for a long time because I had absolutely no time for a hobby - luckily this time due to positive events :) But without the figures, it is difficult to stay longer, so despite the fact that the workshop is mostly packed in cardboard boxes and there is still no time, I decided to take part in the November Figurine Blog Carnival. Especially that the topic that Reverend Rafael suggested was perfect for me. The theme is: "two of them" Why did I decide to paint these two models? These two goblins are a sensation in my modelling modus operandi. Usually, I do not give up painting models when I start painting a model, it does not come off the desk until it is ready. However, this was not the case with the two models. The glued, converted and repaired models were smeared with a few paints on the occasion of the first models for this gang and for unknown reasons I did not finish them. Therefore, today for you: THESE TWO UNFINISHED MODELS ARE READY

Ork was made ta fight an’ win!...

Wrześniowe wyzwanie Instagramowe udało się  zakończyć dla odmiany nieco wcześniej.  W tym miesiącu w głosowaniu, które odbywa się przez relacje na moim Instagramowym profilu zwyciężył starusieńki model orkowego boyza do Warhammera 40k. Wykorzystałem te okazje aby zrobić sobie testowe malowanie gdyby kiedyś udało mi się stworzyć jakąś mały odział takich oldchoolowych modeli :D  Malowanie szybkie i przyjemne i po raz kolejny stara rzeźba wciąż daje radę :)

We managed to finish the September Instagram challenge a little earlier for a change. This month, an old-fashioned Orc Boyz model for the Warhammer 40k won a vote by reporting on my Instagram profile. I used these opportunities to do a test painting if one day I managed to create a small branch of such old school models :D Painting is quick and fun and once again the old sculpture still works :)

Iron Hands Suppressors - FKB ed #85

Dziś pora na wpis w ramach figurkowego karnawału blogowego. W tym miesiącu przewodniczącym tej zabawy został potsiat z bloga Gangs of Mordheim. Temat wybrany na wrzesień tego roku brzmi: To się wytnie! Przez chwile musiałem się zastanowić jakie modele przygotuje tym razem.  Mój wybór padł na oddział Suppressorów dla mojej armii Żelaznych Dłoni. To, że te konwersje były zaczetę przed wrześniem się wytnie (pierwsze cięcie).  Przeróbki na jakie zdecydowałem się były dośc poważne. Zmieniłem bronie, plecaki oraz pozy każdego z modelu dodatkowo używając nieco bitsów aby zwaloryzować modele. Było przy tym naprawdę sporo cięcia (drugie cięcie).  Zmiana pozycji modeli był tym razem dość trudna i nie tylko były momenty, że miałem ochotę się pociąć (trzecie cięcie) ale też udało mi się dosłownie pociąć sobie przy tym palce (czwarte cięcie) Postanowiłem również nie używać kretyńskich (bo ciężko napisać innaczej) podstawek producenta. Dlatego wyciąłem (piąte i ostatnie cięcie) z różnego rodzaju plastiku nowe podstawki mające symulować szczyt budynku czy jakiejś konstukcji technicznej.

Today it's time for an entry as part of the figurine blog carnival. This month, potsiat from the blog Gangs of Mordheim became the chairman of this game. The theme selected for September this year is: It will cut! For a while, I had to consider what models he will prepare this time. My choice was the Suppressor squad for my army of Iron Hands. The fact that these conversions were to start before September were cut (first cuts). The modifications I made were quite serious. I changed the weapons, backpacks and poses of each model, additionally using some bits to valorize the models. There was really a lot of cutting out parts (second cut). Changing the position of the models this time was quite difficult and not only were there moments when I wanted to cut myself (third cut), but I also managed to literally cut my fingers (fourth cut). I also decided not to use moronic (because it's hard to write otherwise) manufacturer's stands. That is why I cut (fifth and last cut) from various types of plastic, new bases to simulate the top of a building or some technical structure.

Dziś model z nie tak odległej przeszłości.  Z okazji ostatniego turnieju Warheima stworzyłem model dowódcy polowego do moich Krasnludów.  Tak oto powstał napędzany parą tron dowodzenia :D
